2. Business Entity Status
Bold Horizon Marketing LLC is a Florida-based Limited Liability Company. By using our services, you acknowledge that our business relationship is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
3. Payment & Retainers
Fees: Services are billed on a monthly retainer or fixed-project basis as agreed upon in the individual contract.
Payments: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We utilize secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) for all transactions.
Non-Refundability: Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, fees for services rendered are generally non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary access (e.g., Ad Accounts, Assets) and information required for the successful execution of campaigns. Delays in providing access may result in a shift in project timelines.
5. Results & Guarantees
While we apply the highest industry standards and US-driven marketing innovation, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or "overnight" success. Marketing performance depends on various factors, including market conditions and client offer-market fit.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains ownership of their brand assets, and Bold Horizon Marketing LLC retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, and frameworks used during service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Horizon Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
